What is the best way to contact you?

Text is the preferred method of contact. Please allow up to 24 hrs for replies. Non-urgent messages will not be addressed during the off days (Sun/Mon).

Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?

Yes. Hair should be washed within 24 hours of your appointment. Unclean hair will not be serviced.

What is your late policy?

If you are running between 5-10 minutes late, please call/text to let us know. If you are expected to be more than 25 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service within your appointed time. Any additional time will incur an additional fee.

No call/No show=No new appointments.

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointed time.

How long do services take?

Service times are based on time elapsed since last maintenance appt. All retightening slots are 3hrs long, which accommodates 6-8 weeks of growth(for most people). If you are past-due and you think you may require additional time, please reach out directly. If you are more than 4 weeks past due, you may want to book 2 appointments.

What if I want to reschedule?

We allow rescheduling, up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Please reschedule all appointments online. If your circumstances are unique, please reach out so that we may assist you in finding a new appointment date and time.

Tips for arrival
  1. Please park in the driveway in front of the silver car; do not block the garage.
  2. If the door is open, please enter. If not, please ring the bell.
  3. Please enter quietly as others may be resting.
  4. Please cover or remove shoes upon entry. You may sit on the bench at the door to do so.
What if LBJG needs to reschedule?

We try everything in our power to not move around your appointments but in this human experience, life happens. If we ask to reschedule you, we will reach out with new dates that accomodate you before your next scheduled appointment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel online (Vagaro/MyLbjg.com) within 48hrs of your appt. If you're not able to cancel online, that indicates that you're past the cancellation window, and will incur a last-minute cancellation fee(50% of the service charge)
